The main focus of this call for evidence is:
- The progress with closing the disability pay gap and whether it has slowed in recent years.
- Reflecting on the barriers that prevent disabled people who want to work, or to work more, from working, and how they are different for different disabilities. This is also a comparison to other countries.
- What kinds of support are more effective at supporting people with different disabilities to enter and stay in work.
- Are the Disability Employment Advisers effective.
- What can the Government learn from the Work and Health Programme and is it effective?
- Has the Access to Work been effective and supportive to help disabled people into work.
- Are the Disability Confident scheme and Connect to Work effective
- We reflect on the what the Government should be prioritising with its additional employment support for disabled people arising from the Pathways to Work Green Paper.
