Growing our global community with new CIPD study centre in Turkey

For the first time, aspiring and developing people professionals in Turkey can now pursue a globally recognised CIPD qualification locally, thanks to a new partnership with the Human Development Training Center (HDTC).  Following a rigorous selection process, the CIPD has selected HDTC as the first study centre in Turkey that is approved to deliver CIPD qualifications.  

The partnership will enable ambitious HR, L&D and OD practitioners to build the capability, confidence, and credibility they need for a successful and impactful career. With more and more employers expecting the same level of professionalism from their people teams as they do from other functions, such as finance, this presents a valuable opportunity for people practitioners in Turkey to build their professional credentials.  

HDTC shares our commitment to creating valuable new learning and development pathways for the people profession. By offering CIPD qualifications in Turkey, we’re opening up a well-respected route to CIPD membership and a stepping stone towards Chartered CIPD Membership - the ultimate badge of professionalism in people practice. 

Students in Turkey will be able to choose from one of three qualifications, all grounded in the CIPD Profession Map – the international standards for the people profession: 

• Foundation Certificate in People Practice 

• Associate Diploma in People Management 

• Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development
