The CIPD has revealed the winners of the 2025 HR Awards in Ireland - at a prestigious ceremony in Dublin on 28 February. 
 
With 13 winners plus 4 highly commended, including Uisce Éireann, Bank of Ireland and An Post, the awards showcase the people profession's vital role in navigating current trends and championing better work and working lives. 
 
Following months of dedication and a robust judging process – under the watchful eye of Prof Bill Roche of UCD – the winning teams’ dedication, impactful initiatives and compelling storytelling earned them recognition as the best in their category.
