Notice of Annual General Meeting

Formal notice of Annual General Meeting   

The CIPD will hold its twenty-sixth Annual General Meeting at 09:30 GMT on Tuesday 20 January 2026. Members are invited to attend either online, or in person at our Wimbledon office. 

The purpose of the meeting is to:   

1. Receive the minutes of the twenty-fifth Annual General Meeting held on 14 January 2025. 
2. Receive the Annual Report and Accounts of the CIPD, for the year ended 30 June 2025. 
3. Re-appoint the auditors and to authorise the Board to determine the auditors’ remuneration.

Attending the meeting 

All members are welcome to attend the AGM, but only Chartered Companions, Chartered Fellows and Chartered Members may vote, so long as membership fees are up to date.  

Members will receive an email by 19 December 2025 with details on how to book a place. You must be signed in as a member on this page to book your place.

For those attending in person on 20 January, tea and coffee will be available from 09:00.
