What is a CPD audit?

When you’re a CIPD member you agree to uphold our professional standards by making a commitment to your CPD. It’s a demonstration of how you’re improving your practice, and it advances the standing of the people profession. When you join the CIPD or renew your membership, you agree to our CPD policy, and to abide by our Code of Conduct and Ethics.

A CPD audit is simply the way that we check this is being done, by asking a sample of members to share their CPD records with us. In return, you’ll get feedback on the quality of your CPD, and suggestions to help you continue to develop.
