Leonie is a Senior Advisor currently working on gender equality as part of the Gender and Behavioural Insights Programme – a two-year research collaboration with the UK Government Equalities Office. Before joining BIT, Leonie worked at Accenture across technology consulting and customer strategy projects in retail and finance.
