This 60-minute learning bite helps HR professionals and leaders define and strengthen their personal brand.

The session explores personal branding as the intentional process of shaping how you are perceived - by clarifying who you are, what you stand for and what you want to be known for.
Participants will focus on their Desired Self and reflect on how this aligns with how they currently show up and are experienced by others. The session highlights the importance of being clear, consistent and authentic in building a strong professional presence.

Through practical reflection and a simple framework, participants will learn how to move from unintentional reputation to intentional positioning, helping them stand out and be recognised for their value.
