Connect with fellow consultants. Share expertise. Explore client challenges. Grow your impact.
The CIPD People Consultants Network is a dedicated community for CIPD members working independently or within consultancy firms, supporting organisations on a flexible, project-
based or advisory basis.
Whether you're delivering strategic advice, leading organisational change, supporting employee relations, advising on reward, wellbeing, EDI, organisational development or wider people challenges, this network provides a space to connect with others who understand the unique opportunities and realities of consultancy work.
Our quarterly online network meetings bring together people consultants from across the UK to share experiences, discuss emerging trends and build valuable professional connections.

Participating in the session
This is a member discussion session, not a webinar.
Our People Professional Network events are designed to help network members connect, collaborate and learn from one another through active participation and peer-to-peer discussion.
Throughout the session, attendees will participate in breakout room discussions with fellow network members, sharing experiences, challenges, ideas and practical solutions.
To get the most from the session, please come prepared to contribute to conversations and engage with your peers. You do not need to be an expert; the value comes from members learning together.
