About this event

The CIPD Profession Map is the international standard for the people profession, helping professionals make better decisions, drive organisational impact and develop the knowledge, behaviours and skills needed to succeed. It can be used by both individuals and teams to assess current capability, identify development priorities and create focused learning plans. This practical webinar is designed for mid-career people professionals who want to use the Profession Map not simply as a development framework, but as a strategic tool to improve team capability, strengthen organisational performance and support career growth
