About this event

Join us to explore how to make workplaces more supportive for neurodiverse colleagues.

Creating environments where neurodiverse colleagues can thrive is about more than awareness, it’s about understanding, inclusion and practical action. In this engaging and thought-provoking session, Nick French will share his personal journey and experiences of coaching neurodivergent individuals, alongside insights gained from wider leadership and coaching programmes.

Drawing on real-life examples, Nick will explore the opportunities, challenges and strengths that neurodiversity brings to the workplace, and how leaders and organisations can create environments where people feel supported, valued and able to perform at their best.

The session will provide practical reflections, honest conversations and ideas that attendees can take back into their own teams and organisations to help build cultures where neurodiverse colleagues are able not just to succeed but truly thrive.

Speaker:

Nick French is a seasoned leadership and executive coach, and the founder of Ceniril Coaching, where he specialises in unlocking the potential of high-impact leaders. With a career rooted in inclusive leadership, Nick is fanatical about the evolution of modern leaders, particularly through his work in neurodiversity-informed coaching.

Recognising that traditional leadership frameworks overlook cognitive variety, Nick partners with neurodiverse executives to harness their unique processing styles, as seen in conditions such as ADHD, dyslexia, and autism, as advantages rather than obstacles. His approach blends evidence-based psychological principles with practical, high-performance strategies, ensuring that "atypical" thinkers can thrive in "typical" leadership dynamics.

A dedicated advocate for systemic change, Nick works with individuals to build neuro-inclusive understanding, so cognitive diversity can drive innovation. He joins this CIPD event to share actionable insights on how HR professionals and leaders can evolve their coaching cultures to support the next generation of diverse talent.
