This interactive 90 minute session supports HR and People Professionals to understand, diagnose and address current and future skills gaps within their organisations. The session blends insight, discussion and practical tools to strengthen workforce planning and capability development.

Speakers bio
Margaret is a senior HR leader, working at HR Director/consultant and strategic business partner level with over 20 years’ experience delivering high impact people solutions across complex, multi site organisations in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. As a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, my expertise spans employee relations, organizational change, leadership development, and culture transformation.
Her career includes senior roles such as Interim HR Director, National Restructure Project Lead and Senior HR Consultant at MAKE UK, where I have led large scale organisational redesign, TUPE programmes, complex ER casework, and national engagement initiatives. I have worked across manufacturing, engineering, policing, retail, and charity sectors, consistently delivering commercially sound, compliant, and people centred outcomes.
Outside of work Margaret has a long standing interest in art and fashion history and enjoys visiting galleries and exhibitions to explore how culture and design evolve. Also valuing time with family and friends, drawing balance and perspective from those relationships.
