Becs Tridgell and Abby Rowe – Autism Unlimited
Becs and Abby are part of the Autism Unlimited Training Team, bringing together lived experience, evidence-based practice, and sector expertise. Their work focuses on providing practical approaches that promote inclusive environments across workplaces, education, and public services.
They are passionate about moving beyond awareness to meaningful change—supporting organisations to build cultures where neurodivergent people can thrive, contribute, and feel respected. Their approach centres on neuroinclusion, recognising and valuing neurological differences as a natural and important part of human diversity.

Re-Right (Alan Coote & Josh Coote)
Re-Right is an organisation focused on supporting individuals to better understand themselves and navigate the world in a way that works for them. Led by a father and son team, their work is grounded in lived experience, offering honest, relatable insights into neurodiversity, identity, and personal development. They bring a unique perspective on how workplaces can better understand and support different ways of thinking and being.
