Join us for our annual meeting followed by an informal Coffee & Connect session
A session focuse on creating more inclusive workplaces — in a way that goes beyond good intentions and into meaningful impact.
This is designed for HR professionals who want to move past surface-level initiatives and explore what actually makes a difference when it comes to equity, inclusion, and day-to-day workplace experience.
Through open, honest discussion, we’ll explore how organisations can shift from well-meaning actions to approaches that genuinely improve outcomes for people and teams.
Join us from 18:00 to 20:00 for an engaging and dynamic session. We'll kick off with welcome chips and hot drinks, followed by our annual annual meeting which will kick start at 18:15.
At 19:00, we will start our coffee and connect session.
The room will then open up for peer-led debate, focusing on sharing ideas, insights, and best practices around:
• What does an inclusive workplace actually look like in practice?
• Where do organisations sometimes confuse activity with impact when it comes to inclusion?
• What role does HR play in challenging leaders and shaping behaviours?
• How do we create environments where different perspectives are genuinely heard and acted on?
Leave with fresh perspectives and actionable ideas to take back to your workplace.
