About this event

Exploring how to translate your company culture into the ‘real world’ and then apply practical approaches for positive transformation.

If a company was a house, then its culture would be the home. Culture is perhaps the psychology or the mind of the organisation… and it can be hard to put your finger on it!

In this interactive lunch and learn, we will be exploring:

  • What is a company culture? What is it comprised of?
  • Why might cultures change without you knowing?
  • How can you ‘translate’ it to the real world… and then forge the culture you actually want?

By attending this interactive session, you will have the opportunity to discuss challenges and solutions with other HR/OD/L&D professionals and take away practical tools to help you in the future.
