About the host
Richard Turner
I’m Rich, and I’m not your standard executive coach—I’m an entrepreneur who is passionate about performance, psychology, fitness, sport and people.
With over a decade of experience, I’ve dedicated my career to empowering everyone from young athletes to CEOs to unlock their true potential and achieve sustainable health, performance and success. Drawing on my BSc in sport science coaching, I love blending insights from the world of sports into my coaching to create vibrant paths to individual and team success.
As a men’s hockey coach for over 7 years, I’ve learned the art of fostering teamwork and collaboration, helping every group I work with thrive and reach new heights.
As a Clarity 4d Colour Profiling coach, I help individuals and teams understand how they show up at work and within a team. This awareness helps them lean into their strengths, build awareness, improves communication across the team which leads to a higher output at both levels.
All this experience has led me to combine all of my passions and knowledge to create my own performance framework where I help people learn about the key pillars to elite performance.
