About this event

This webinar explores perimenopause, how it affects women at work, and why it’s becoming an essential area of focus for modern HR teams.

Perimenopause is no longer just a personal health consideration—it’s a growing workplace priority that modern HR teams can’t afford to overlook. This webinar will demystify what perimenopause is, how it impacts women’s physical, emotional and cognitive wellbeing, and why meaningful organisational support is essential for retention, inclusion and productivity.

Led by female lifestyle and menopause support coach Carly Fry, the session blends science, lived experience and practical HR guidance to help organisations create environments where midlife women feel understood, supported and able to thrive.

You’ll learn:

  • What perimenopause really is, how common it is and what the key physical, emotional and cognitive symptoms might look like.
  • How lifestyle medicine, including physical activity, nutrition, sleep, stress-management and behavioural strategies can support individuals through this transition and how HR can enable and encourage that.
  • We’ll look at the key legal updates around menopause support and what these changes mean for HR in practical terms.
  • You’ll get simple, actionable ideas for HR teams; from shaping supportive policies and workplace adjustments, to creating safe spaces, training managers, and weaving menopause support into your wellbeing approach.
  • We’ll explore how menopause support links to retention, engagement, inclusion and productivity, helping you show senior leaders why this work matters.

You’ll leave with:

  • A fresh understanding of perimenopause, as a workplace issue, not just a personal health issue.
  • A checklist of ‘Lifestyle Medicine’ tools and supportive actions that you can implement.
  • A helpful structure to guide your next steps in creating or refining menopause support.
  • A set of thought provoking questions to spark conversations with senior leaders and guide your next steps.
