Discover the hidden rules to getting ahead at work—without compromising who you are or what matters most.

About this event

Discover the hidden rules to getting ahead at work—without compromising who you are or what matters most.

In this practical session, Career Strategist & former HR Director Cindy Okoronkwo lifts the lid on the real rules of workplace success—the ones no one writes down but everyone plays by. You’ll learn how to navigate office politics with integrity, boost your visibility without selling out, and build authentic influence that gets you noticed and respected.

We’ll explore:

  • Why politics exists in every workplace—and how to make it work for (not against) you
  • How to identify power dynamics, decision-makers and hidden influencers
  • Strategies for protecting your reputation, setting clear boundaries and avoiding political pitfalls
  • Smart, values-led ways to raise your profile, increase your impact, and get the recognition you deserve

Whether you’re looking to step up, stand out, or simply stay sane in a political workplace, this session will help you play the game—without losing yourself.
