About this event

Are Unions your friends or foe? Hear more from a Union Rep and an Employment Solicitor and then make your own decision.

This interactive event will start off with an open discussion about key things to be aware of when dealing with Unions, but this will be an unbiased approach having representatives from both sides of the negotiations.

They’ll talk about their experience and extensive knowledge of the right way to do things and what to consider when having union discussions of any nature.

There will then be a short break while a case study will be reviewed in groups to discuss what actions would be taken based on what you now know. And then, the role play will take place of the possible approaches to see what the outcomes could be, followed by feedback and questions.
