About this event

A day packed full of hand-on, interactive, fun packed session.

During the morning session Zaheera will explore the human behaviour that sit at the heart of successful culture work, not just for clients, but within their own businesses as consultants.

This will be fast paced, interactive session where the attendance can expect:

  • Real-life examples that bring culture to life
  • Quick-fire exercises designed to spark reflection and insight.
  • Peer connection. Light facilitation, and plenty of permission to be honest and human.

During the afternoon session Shannon will enable us to know AI for small businesses

Are you an independent professional curious about how AI could actually make your life easier, faster, and more efficient? Whether you’re just getting started or you've already experimented with tools like ChatGPT, this 90-minute workshop is designed to meet you where you are. Shannon will break down the difference between automation and AI, demystify how tools like ChatGPT, DALL·E, and Copilot can be used by solo business owners, and—most importantly—help you start with your real business challenges first, then explore if and how AI can solve them. You’ll get practical insights and gain clarity on what using AI means for your business and your clients. No jargon, no hype—just a focused, honest session to help you confidently make the most of AI in your day-to-day work.
