About this event

The Summer meeting of our forum will create the space to explore “AI & Organisational Development: Conversations that Matter”.

We are pleased to invite you to join our upcoming forum for an engaging discussion with David Carter, OD Consultant from Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust.

David will steer us in a conversation to explore—together—how generative AI can both augment our own OD&D practice and how, as OD&D practitioners, we can host and steward constructive conversations about AI inside our organisations.

To connect outside the session, please visit our OD&D LinkedIn Group here.

About the speaker

David Carter,OD Consultant,Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust
David is an experienced Organisation Development (OD) consultant with a background in the NHS and local government. His work is rooted in supporting people and systems through change in thoughtful, human-centred ways. While not an expert in artificial intelligence, David is deeply interested in how AI can augment the work of OD practitioners and how we, as change agents, can partner with clients and organisations to bring about change responsibly and effectively.

He believes OD professionals have a crucial role to play in hosting the right conversations about AI—conversations that attend to both human needs and system outcomes. David’s role in this session is to facilitate dialogue, not provide technical expertise, and to help surface collective insight about how we shape the future of our practice together.
