Explore how AI is reshaping leadership, hack real-world challenges and map your 'leadership 2.0' mindset in this bold, hands-on session.

As artificial intelligence rapidly reshapes the workplace, leadership is evolving too. The challenge? Balancing innovation with emotional intelligence, ethical decision-making, and trust.

In this high-energy, hands-on session, we’ll explore 'Leadership 2.0' — the mindset, skills, and behaviours modern leaders need to thrive in a world driven by data but grounded in people.


Agenda

Part one – Panel discussion (30 mins)

Topic: AI meets EQ: the evolving role of the leader

A dynamic panel featuring local leaders.

Part two – Hackathon: the leadership challenge (30 mins)

Small groups will tackle a future-facing leadership dilemma involving AI


Part three – Leadership 2.0 action map (15 mins)

You’ll build a personal Leadership 2.0 action map, identifying:

  • One mindset shift you need to make
  • One new or strengthened leadership habit
  • One action you’ll take back to your team or organisation


What you’ll take away

  • Fresh insights on the intersection of AI and leadership
  • A real-time problem-solving experience with peers
  • Clarity on the mindset and habits needed for the future
  • Tangible actions to lead more ethically, strategically, and humanely in an AI-enhanced world
