Join us as we delve into recent developments in family and carer friendly employment rights, and what the future holds for this area of law.

Specialist employment lawyers Ben Stepney and Ashley Matthews of Thomson, Snell and Passmore will consider recent developments in family and carer friendly employment rights, and what the future holds for this area of law.

Attendees can, and are encouraged to, ask questions and share their experiences of navigating these numerous rights on their journeys to maintain a flexible workplace that meets the needs of both employees and the business.

About the speakers

Ben Stepney - Ben helps businesses get to grips with ever changing employment law. He provides advice and support to HR managers and directors on day-to-day workplace issues, including dealing with difficult grievances, complex disciplinary cases, performance management issues, business reorganisation and redundancy situations.

Ashley Matthews – Ashley is a commercial, practical, and pragmatic solicitor with extensive employment litigation and advisory experience. She has advised on a broad range of employment law matters including unfair dismissal, redundancy, whistleblowing and all types of discrimination. She regularly advises on Employment Tribunal disputes, litigation tactics and settlement negotiations.
