About this event

We will explore the causes and consequences of organisational tensions… and approaches to working through conflict.

Organisational tensions can manifest as conflict, vicious circles, groupthink, competing demands, dilemmas, mixed messages, silos, entrenched positions… and more… including some quite ‘impossible’ problems.

  • How do organisational tensions come about?
  • How can you recognize them?
  • What can you do to prevent tensions and conflict?
  • How can you handle conflicts when they happen?

In this interactive session, you will have the opportunity to discuss challenges and discover a range of new and practical approaches, including ‘both/and’ thinking and paradox management!

Come along and explore a range of tools to help get you unstuck and resolving ‘difficult’ situations!
