About this event

We will explore the ‘what’ and the ‘why’ of difficult people and their behaviour… and then establish the ‘how’ in dealing with difficult.

Difficult people take us beyond our resources… to a place where we don’t know what else to do…

  • How might you separate a person from their behaviour?
  • What can you do to prepare yourself?
  • How can you more effectively and efficiently deal with people challenges?
  • What can you do when you are in a difficult moment?
  • How can you step out of an ongoing game?

In this interactive session, you will have the opportunity to discuss and discover a range of approaches to help you build even more personal resources. And Melody and Joe will share with you a stack of strategies they have developed over the past thirty years…

Come along and explore how to be more confident, assertive and resilient when dealing with ‘difficult’!
