Equipping you to have greater impact, and get more done, more easily.
This session uncovers some of the latest behavioural science behind delivering breakthrough results, saving you energy and effort, and preventing those missed opportunities to grow, collaborate and diversify along the way…
How many problems go unsolved in your business, even if the answer’s right there in plain sight? How many great ideas never quite get traction, so their opportunities get missed? One of the biggest challenges your organisation is facing might have nothing to do with what your competitors are up to, or the economy, or cuts in government funding.
It’s right there, on the inside. Inertia – because we don’t always do what’s good for us (even when we know how to)…
So how can you enhance your ability to break the inertia and support lasting change, for yourself and within your organisation?

Speakers bio:
Sue is a people and process performance specialist. On a mission to get busy people fixing tough problems, she drives ground-breaking results in productivity, quality and customer experience.
From an Engineering background, Sue’s led programmes which more than doubled productivity within two global businesses, and delivered a £1.9 million (zero-spend) waste reduction in under 5 months.
Driving exceptional performance isn’t easy when everyone’s busy. Changing mindsets and behaviours can be tough - we don’t always do what’s good for us, even when what we’re doing isn’t working. That’s why so many performance programmes give patchy results. Sue’s signature blend combines continuous improvement with the latest behavioural science, smoothing the path to lasting improvements.
Sue’s a Fellow of the UK Professional Speaking Association, Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), and a registered Havening® Practitioner, trained in each by the original creators. She has a Diploma in CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), a combined Diploma in Hypnotherapy, Coaching and NLP; and Institute of Leadership and Management certification as a Mentor and Coach.
Across 15 years of delivering to around 25,000 people from hundreds of organisations worldwide, Sue’s supported performance step-changes of over £75 million so far.
