This winter's meeting of our forum aims to create the space to explore OD&D and inquire how using this lens can assist us creating organisations where people thrive. It is a space for sharing ideas, interests, knowledge, tools and exploring challenges.

About the speaker

Josephine Baker

Josephine has 12 years of experience in L&D and OD&D, most recently developing expertise specifically in Employee Experience(EX) and engagement, to enable effective organisational development.
