About this event

Discover concrete, high‑leverage AI use cases across the HR lifecycle & create a pilot plan & 90‑day adoption roadmap for your organisation

This session showcases specific HR use cases where AI can add real value, from drafting job descriptions and structured interview guides to generating onboarding checklists, case chronologies and learning pathways.

You’ll learn how to create micro‑workflows that use AI to streamline everyday tasks such as meeting summarisation, inbox triage and quick research.

You’ll learn about agents and automation workflow. We’ll also explore AI‑assisted policy Q&A, reward banding explanations and people analytics narratives.

We will discuss how to align tools to data sensitivity, when to choose enterprise solutions such as Copilot, and how to embed governance and audit trails. The session concludes with strategies for scaling, including nominating AI Champions, train‑the‑trainer programmes and a 90‑day adoption checklist.
