About this event

The L&D Forum for Kent continues... exploring how L&D can support people and the organisation through times of change.

This will be an interactive peer-group session; an opportunity to network and explore all things L&D with fellow professionals.

Key points for discussion in this session:

  • How L&D can support/resource learners during times of change?
  • How can we help at strategic and individual levels?
  • What models and tools would you share?
  • Emerging themes…
