About this event

Cultivating resilience: System and self

This session will be divided into two parts:

1. Dr Neil Pillai, Founder of Tenterden Mindfulness will share his expertise and evidenced based practice with practical case studies, illustrating the impact of mindful work in action. Explore how mindfulness can support leadership, strengthen teams and shape organisational culture through improving health and wellbeing.

2. Phyllis Woodfine from Phyllis Woodfine - Mindset and Confidence Coaching will lead a session dedicated to supporting “change agents” to build the personal resilience needed to enable changing organisations.

As always, there will be time for open discussion and shared reflection with OD Practitioners.
