Exploring the application of positive psychology to organisations… improving wellbeing and engagement.

Positive Psychology has strongly influenced our understanding of well-being, resilience, optimism and growth mindset both at the individual level and the Organisational one.

In this session you will gain an overview of what positive psychology offers, the range of tools available to help individuals and how to introduce a growth mind set into your organisational culture. You will get a chance to try out some quick and easy tools plus gain signposting on how to make your organisation more resilient, leading to greater well-being for all.

About the speaker

Melody Cheal

Melody Cheal was CIPD Speaker of the Year in 2019 so many of you will already know her. She has an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and has thirty-five years’ experience as a Coach, Coach Supervisor and Corporate/Personal Development Trainer. She is lead Coach at the Imaginarium and head of the GWiz Academy offering accredited training in Coaching and Coach Supervision. Her popular Accredited Psychological Approaches to Coaching Diploma is now available as an in-house programme for Organisations looking to support staff in their professional goals and in developing greater resilience.
