With the rise of tensions, extremism and new conflicts both nationally and internationally, we’ll be looking at how this affects employers, employees and how Human Resources specialists such as yourselves can support with workplace security. This session is relevant to human resources staff and any professionals with security, budgetary, compliance and data related responsibilities.

Hena Jawaid Chartered MCIPD

Qualified and seasoned Human Resources executive with experience in driving people strategy, thought leadership and workforce empowerment in various industries ranging from cutting-edge technology and research scale-ups to large global matrix organisations. Hena has a Master's in Law and has lived and worked in 6 countries before making London her home. Outside of work she coaches leaders and is a non-executive member of a Mental health charity in the UK. Her professional mantra is "enable, engage and enrich the lives of our employees".
