An introduction to the context and key concepts of Positive Psychology and the benefits to organisational culture, wellbeing and performance

This session covers the origin, definitions, differentiation, key principles and impact of Positive Psychology. Key concepts such as PERMA, character strengths, resilience and Positive Leadership will be covered, and their role in fostering positive organisational transformation. A secondary session will be dedicated to the practical application of Positive Psychology strategies and tools in organisations.


About the speaker - Helen Roper

Helen Roper has a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, is an EMCC Senior Practitioner accredited Executive and Life Coach, a Chartered HR practitioner (MCIPD), and is currently working towards her Chartered Coaching Psychologist status with the British Psychological Society (BPS).

Helen delivers psychoeducational and evidence-based coaching, workshops, talks and retreats for positive transformation. Her passion is healthy high performance, driven by the science of wellbeing. Her purpose is to build extraordinary lives, organisations and communities of impact and meaning.
