About this event

Join the Kent CIPD coaching forum for an in-person Mastermind! Bring your toughest HR challenges and crowdsource solutions with peers.

Following our launch, we are moving from theory to action. Welcome to the HR & Coaching Mastermind—a high-impact, in-person session designed for HR, L&D, and people professionals who believe that "none of us is as smart as all of us."

This isn’t a lecture. It is a collaborative "brain trust" where we bring our collective expertise to the table to solve real-world problems in real-time.

What is a Mastermind Session?

A Mastermind is a structured process where you bring a specific challenge, goal, or "roadblock" to a group of peers. The process is simple but powerful:

1. The pitch: You present your challenge or goal to the table.

2. Clarification: The group asks targeted questions to dig deeper and ensure full understanding.

3. The Mastermind: Participants offer observations, diverse perspectives, and actionable suggestions to help you overcome the hurdle or make an informed decision.

The benefits of joining

● Crowdsourced wisdom: Tap into decades of combined HR and coaching experience in a single room.

● Rapid problem solving: Get unstuck quickly by hearing how others have navigated similar hurdles.

● Safe space: Discuss sensitive people challenges in a confidential, supportive environment.

● Diverse perspectives: Break out of your own "echo chamber" and see your challenge through the eyes of different industries and backgrounds.

● Deep networking: Build genuine professional bonds that go far deeper than a standard networking coffee.

Step away from the screen and into the room. Let’s solve your biggest people challenges together.
