About this event

Pioneering a new approach to workplace wellbeing, developing outstanding leaders & workplace culture

Overview
Business leaders today face an ever-widening range of challenges to support colleagues in being productive and fully engaged with work. Meanwhile, our awareness about mental health and wellbeing issues is now more acute than ever before. Many companies are experiencing increasing levels of stress absence and presenteeism. As the recent Burnout Report from Mental Health UK in January 2024 reported, the "UK risks being a ‘burnt-out nation’ due to poor mental health". This causes difficulty recruiting and retaining talent, amongst other issues. New solutions are urgently needed, to enable individuals and businesses to realise their full potential. Join a conversation to explore new ways to build resilience in your team, and discover an innovative approach to create exceptional leaders and an outstanding place to work through investment in workplace wellbeing.
