About this event

Knowledge packed and interactive session covering all aspects of how the emergence of AI impacts people at work

The prospect of a workforce with access to AI-driven tools is something that has understandably captured the imagination, generating plenty of discussion and headlines. As with any new technology, there is a clamour to understand the potential benefits as well as any risks. What is already changing? What will change? What is actually unlikely to change?

As an HR practitioner, there are multiple perspectives to take into account that reflect the multiple roles played by HR. There is the responsibility to steer the organisation by correctly and safely adopting the new technology, with an eye on legislation, company policies and the application within specific use cases such as recruitment. Another significant area is the way that access to these technologies impacts productivity and the skills required within the organisation - the impact is not equal across all roles, including within HR itself. Further out, what is the longer term impact of this on the way that people acquire and use knowledge in their working lives?

This event will comprise of a series of discussions that address these different perspectives in turn. You will get the chance to share your own thoughts and experiences as well as hear the latest developments. The outcome will be a clearer view of how this important topic is likely to impact your organisation as well as your own development.
