Get emotional about employee engagement - Creating experiences to inspire your people - presented by Bill Paris

Event details:

Enhancing employee engagement begins with understanding the emotions, sentiments, and perceptions of your people. How do you want them to feel about their work and your organisation? What journey do you want to take them on? What behaviours do you expect as a result?

Building emotional engagement involves providing meaningful experiences that shape and reinforce their beliefs, attitudes, and behaviours. This not only boosts their motivation but also encourages them to connect, contribute, grow and commit.

Join us in this session to explore the key stages of the employee journey and how to help make it more engaging and valuable for both your employees and your organisation.
