About this event

Learn what actually builds resilience, how to strengthen your own and how to develop a team culture that sustains performance under pressure

Resilience is one of the most talked-about topics in HR, and one of the least well understood. It is not about being tougher or pushing through. It is a learnable skill, and the conditions that build it can be deliberately created.

This practical session presented by Zoe Thompson gives HR professionals tools they can use immediately, both for their own resilience and to help the leaders and teams they support.

Using the 7 Cs of Resilience framework, we explore what genuinely builds psychological flexibility and sustainable performance under pressure, and why individual resilience training alone is not enough to create a resilient team culture.

By the end of the session, you will:

• Understand what actually builds resilience in high-pressure environments

• Recognise the difference between reacting and responding under pressure

• Know which areas to focus on to strengthen your own resilience

• Have a practical reset tool to use when pressure hits

• Understand the difference between resilient individuals and a resilient team culture

• Leave with practical strategies to develop resilience in the leaders and teams you support

Who should attend?
