About the speakers
Lori Niles-Hofmann is the Co-Founder of NilesNolen, a boutique consulting firm supporting organisations to drive learning transformation. She has over 25 years of experience in corporate L&D with global companies (Scotiabank, Royal Bank of Canada, Eloqua - now Oracle) and has onboarded and implemented a dozen learning platforms. Lori is the author of ebook and LinkedIn Learning courses "Data-Driven Learning Design" and "Upskilling and Reskilling your Workforce).
Parminder Kaur spent over 20 years with E&Y. In her most recent Partner role, she played a pivotal role in spearheading the firm's $½ billion investment into the skills agenda through an innovative AI-driven platform. Collaborating closely with an ecosystem of vendors spanning skills assessment, LMS/LXP, content/design, and talent marketplace, orchestrating a comprehensive approach to upskilling and talent development. She advised organizations across diverse sectors and geographies, leading large-scale, complex talent transformations.
Catalina Schveninger has over 25 years of experience in corporate HR, having most recently served as the Global Head of Learning at Vodafone and as Chief People Officer of purpose-led education-technology companies (FutureLearn and DataCamp). She now partners with NilesNolen and advises companies on learning strategies and how to become skill based organisations. She contributes to Forbes on learning and careers and was published by the Harvard Business Review.
