About this event

Join us for an interactive panel session exploring everything HR needs to be considering around AI in the workplace!

Tessa and Chris will provide their insights into all things AI and how it impacts on HR and the workplace. The focus will be on answering 3 key questions:

1. What benefits could AI bring to HR and the workplace?

2. What are the main risks HR need to be thinking about now?

3. What should HR be doing or planning to mitigate risks and embrace the benefits of AI?

They will explore how AI is already being used in workplaces could be used in recruitment and other processes and highlight the pitfalls and potential issues with creating documents and concepts that may create Intellectual Property or Data Protection issues. The will share their thoughts and practical ideas on how you can help your organisation embrace the positives of this technology whilst effectively managing the risks and not adding to your workload!
