This will be an interactive peer group session; an opportunity to network and explore all things L&D with fellow professionals.

Key points for discussion in this session:

  • How might AI be utilised in the design and development of your L&D learning solutions
  • Has your L&D team embraced AI or kept it at arm’s length in 2024?
  • Has AI made the course content more effectiveness and impactful on the learners, based on their feedback?
  • What are some of the potential pros and cons of using AI?
  • Emerging themes…


About the speakers

The forum will be co-facilitated by Elizabeth North, Clarion Housing Group and Joe Cheal, Imaginarium Learning & Development.

Elizabeth North

Liz's current role is as a Learning Developer and Facilitator for Clarion Housing Group. She is involved in the completed learning cycle, from identifying business needs, designing session content, to delivering training solutions for both social and commercial housing sector teams.

Liz is an Associate CIPD member with a Level 5 Diploma in Learning and Development and a Bachelor of Education (Hons), as she was previously a school teacher.Joe Cheal is an award-winning L&D specialist and author at Imaginarium Learning & Development (est. 1993). With a background in psychology and behavioural modelling, he focuses his leadership training, coaching and consultancy experience into helping solve (and prevent) people problems!
