Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall. - Confucius
Have you ever felt like you want to press pause on everything that's going on around you? Do you sometimes struggle to cope and recover from life's inevitable challenges?
We live in a VUCA world; volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous. At times, this can leave you frustrated, confused and overwhelmed.
Resilience is about knowing yourself and understanding what you can control; knowing that life will throw you some curve balls and there will be failures, set backs and adversity. Accepting this can help you learn to bend instead of break under pressure; develop an ability to pick yourself up and begin again with renewed enthusiasm and be more open to new opportunities.
This is an interactive session led by Jacky Leonard.
Join experienced behaviour skills facilitator Jacky Leonard, from The Learning Architect, for 90 minutes of interactive fun, with a serious intent to explore a selection of tried and tested strategies for becoming more resilient.
Each delegate will receive a complimentary Little book of Resilience containing 10 strategies to help you cope better with the changes and challenges of modern life; and be entered into a prize draw to receive a copy of Resilience - How to cope when everything around you keeps changing, by Liggy Webb.
