Join us as we explore the value of team coaching through the lens of work-based conflict.

Our guide for the evening is Dr Elinor Vettraino, a two-time Tedx speaker and experienced leader and manager, her specialisms focus on creativity, playfulness and supportive challenge to the workplace.

With experience across academic roles and her own consultancy business, Elinor has a long track record of working people to maximise their development and lead them through change, particularly through the power of teams.
