About this event

We are pleased to invite you to join our forum to have a conversation supported by Ainne around “What is OD&D” and more specifically ‘what does OD&D mean in my organisation/industry/sector?’

This autumn meeting of our forum aims to create the space to explore OD&D and inquire how using this lens can assist us creating organisations where people thrive. It is a space for sharing ideas, interests, knowledge, tools and exploring challenges.

With guest speaker Ainne Dolan, Chartered FCIPD – Deputy Chief People Officer, Organisation Development, Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust.
