Join us and welcome a panel of experts on ESG (environment, social and governance).

Join our brilliant panel at this online lunchtime event exploring different perspectives of the ESG agenda and how this intersects with the HR agenda, including real life implementation examples and plenty of time for questions and discussion.

· ResponsibleSteel is a global, not-for-profit organisation created to maximise steel’s contribution to a sustainable world. Working collaboratively with their members, they are setting the global standard for responsibly produced net-zero steel

· The first registered B Corp in Berkhamsted, Waggle are a small Hertfordshire based business that meets the highest standards of social and environmental impact and is committed to using business as a force for good. Hear about their story getting there.

· The MoD employ over 60,000 people. Hear from a Senior People Officer how they approach the ESG agenda and the role HR can play.


About the speakers

Annie Heaton – CEO, Responsible Steel

Annie is a cross-functional sustainability and corporate responsibility thinker, strategist and collaborator. ResponsibleSteel is the global ESG standards and certification body for the steel industry, made up of a diverse mix of stakeholders from industry and civil society. Its mission is to maximise the contribution steel makes to a sustainable society.

Natalie Beecroft – Operations Director, Waggle Design

Operations Director, Waggle Design. Waggle specialise in presentation and infographic design through visual storytelling. Natalie is also the host of ‘Beyond the Block,’ a community group bringing together local B Corp organisations and sustainably minded businesses to share stories and best practice around using business as a force for good.


Ros Cameron – Senior People Officer, Ministry of Defence

Ros has extensive experience working in central government, including DWP, Cabinet Office and Ministry of Defence. Her core skills centre on devising HR solutions to business needs, particularly focused on HR corporate services, knowledge, skills and behaviours. She is currently leading on skills and culture across Defence for climate change.
