A practical introduction to Positive Psychology applications in the workplace to enhance employee wellbeing and boost productivity
This practical session will delve into Positive Psychology strategies and tools aimed at enhancing resilience, developing positive psychology coaching techniques, building strengths and applying the PERMA model to foster organisational wellbeing and performance. The session will be interactive offering practical learning experiences and providing actionable resources.
About the speaker
Helen Roper Chatered MCIPD
Helen Roper has a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, is an EMCC Senior Practitioner accredited Executive and Life Coach, a Chartered HR practitioner (MCIPD), and is currently working towards her Chartered Coaching Psychologist status with the British Psychological Society (BPS).
Helen delivers psychoeducational and evidence-based coaching, workshops, talks and retreats for positive transformation. Her passion is healthy high performance, driven by the science of wellbeing. Her purpose is to build extraordinary lives, organisations and communities of impact and meaning.
