Welcome to the Sussex Branch page. Our branch covers the whole geographical county of Sussex, on the south coast of England. We organise a variety of CPD events, networking and social events to support you professionally. Some will be already in place, and some will be organised to respond to the changing world in which we live and work.

CIPD Sussex creates a programme of branch events that runs from September to June. Mixing thought leadership, case studies and networking plus our special interest groups. Our committee, peopled by volunteers who are local CIPD members, plan the programme each year.

The forum supports those who are thinking of, or are working, independently. It provides networking and continuing professional development for those who work on their own. It is a supportive community to use as a sounding board, share ideas and knowledge and to collaborate with others. The group meets at least three times during the year.
