Learn, collaborate and network with CIPD members and people professionals in Northern Ireland
The Northern Ireland Branch is a thriving community of CIPD members providing a strong, supportive professional network and I would encourage you all to get involved.
I was delighted to be elected as branch chair in July 2022 and look forward to the challenges, learning and new experiences this will undoubtedly bring my way.
We have planned an exciting programme of events covering a diverse range of topics, including; Organisational Design, Organisational Development, Employment Law, Employee Relations, Total Reward and Future Trends in the People Profession. Alongside our events, the branch will continue to deliver our successful member-to-member mentoring scheme and membership advice sessions.
Be sure to come along to one of our branch events and take the opportunity to network, collaborate, share ideas, and catch up with friends, peers, and colleagues.
I look forward to welcoming you all.
Nicola Barber, Chartered FCIPD
Branch Chair
