The CIPD has revealed the finalists for the People Management Awards 2026, recognising outstanding work across the people profession.

A judging panel of 90 from across the people profession reviewed hundreds of entries spanning 21 categories. The shortlisted organisations and teams now move to the next stage, where they will present their work directly to the judges.

The awards celebrate the breadth of impact people professionals are having in today’s workplaces. Each category reflects key priorities across the profession and aligns with the values and standards set out in the CIPD Profession Map. Entries demonstrate how organisations are bringing to life the principles that work matters, people matter and professionalism matters.

Winners will be announced at a black-tie ceremony at the Grosvenor Marriott Hotel in London on 24 September 2026, bringing the profession together to recognise and celebrate excellence in people management.

Book your place at the awards ceremony and join peers from across the profession for an evening of recognition and celebration.

The People Management Awards continue to highlight the innovation, dedication and leadership shaping the world of work - and the individuals and teams making a real difference in their organisations and beyond.

"The CIPD People Management Awards are a celebration of the sharpest work of people professionals from across the world. They showcase the most impactful innovations of forward-thinking HR leaders, and all that they do to make their organisations the best they can be."
