In response to this need, the CIPD is pleased to launch a seminar on Cultivating a culture of sustainable wellbeing. The seminar will explore how organisations can prioritise wellbeing in this time of transformation, and drive wellbeing strategies forward to positively impact employee experience, retention and sustainable performance.
