Thinking about the next step in your career, but not sure what to expect?
We’re here to support and guide you.

Our newly introduced Career Pathways, created with CIPD members in mind, will give you a better understanding of what’s involved in specific job roles in the people profession - so when you’re ready to make the move, you know what to expect and what you need to work in that role.

Our first two pathways help you develop all the knowledge you need to pursue working as an HR Business Partner or as a Learning Advisor.

Each pathway has clear steps and curated resources to guide you. By completing a pathway, you’ll gain a better understanding of what’s involved in those roles and get you one step closer to your professional goals.

What to expect:

  • Understand what’s needed to work as an HR Business Partner or a Learning Advisor.
  • Build the necessary knowledge and develop the required behaviours to get into one of those roles.
  • Put your learning into practice with relevant activities and interactive resources.
  • Gain invaluable career support, including feedback on your CV and interviews.
